Apply the solution at night before going to bed to completely dry and clean skin on the affected area, allow it to absorb and dry overnight, and then wash off thoroughly with water the next morning; continue applying nightly until sweating is under control, and once the condition improves, reduce usage to 1–2 times per week or as needed to maintain results.
